This will be a quick post!! As I go through this journey I want to begin a new series called Becoming a QUEEN/KING in 2016. I invite you to join me on this road. One of my first goals is weight loss/a healthier lifestyle. Every week I plan to start feeding my body with healthier options while educating myself of the benefits of these options. I also plan to learn more about the food that I should not be eating and how they are destroying my health to help me stay away from them. I will come back every Wednesday with a new post sharing what I am learning and my results along the way. In the mean time, I will share what I have begun to do and not do so far below.
NO PORK
NO BEEF
NO FRIED FOODS
NO POP (OF ANY SORT…THOSE THAT KNOW ME KNOW THAT THIS ONE WAS A TOUGH ONE…LOL)
SMALLER PORTION SIZES
ORGANIC FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
ORGANIC EGGS
WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
ALMOND MILK
VEGETABLE OR WHOLE WHEAT (SOMETIMES) NOODLES
NOT EATING OUT AS MUCH
DILUTED JUICE (NO MORE THAN TWICE A DAY)
64+ OZ OF WATER A DAY

That’s about it so far. I’m taking it one day at a time and I definitely feel a difference. Due to an allergy I don’t eat fish or shellfish. As far as the protein, you can definitely research and use what’s best for you but the link I shared is the kind I like. It’s pre-measured and on-the-go. I hope you join me!!!
